This secondary source article tells how Louis Pasteur was a french chemist and biologist who proved the germ theory of disease and invented the process of pasteurisation. He under went many experiments to prove that this bacteria was introduced from the environment. he was also able to prove that bacteria was the cause of the souring of wine and beer.
