There are many different opinions on the topic weather beats or lyrics are more important to a song. Some people believe Lyrics are more important in a song than because words are more important than sounds. Sierra stated “People need to hear what the words are actually saying.” Desiree agreed by saying “People really listen to the words more than the beats because that’s what make people say you decent.” However some people believe the beat is more important because it determines if you like the song
before the lyrics begin. Rory said “Nobody will listen if your beats is corny.”
According to Lynnae “The beat is what you heat first so it attracts you to the song.”
In addition another person just feels lyrics are important. Myles said “Lyrics are better.”
He just feels lyrics are better than the beat. Many people have different opinions about the two most important parts of a song.
